📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7acb ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 7acb.net and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether on sports events, casino games, or any other product offered by 7acb — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 7acb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to keep that information up to date throughout the duration of your account.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you report a security breach to our support team.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 7acb support immediately via live chat. We will suspend the account pending investigation and assist you in securing your credentials. 7acb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account.

💳 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7acb supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods designed to make funding your account as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

🏏 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 7acb Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, or crash games. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general conditions apply to all wagering activity on 7acb.

Sportsbook

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked in.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed (as defined by the specific sport's rules), bets will be settled according to the 7acb sportsbook void and abandonment policy applicable to that sport.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods when key match events occur (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). 7acb is not responsible for bets placed on outdated odds caused by live event delays.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply. These limits vary by sport and market type. Placing bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may result in stake reduction or bet rejection.

Fishing Games

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7acb Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith after wagering the deposited funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or deliberate low-risk bet structuring designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage, share cards, or manipulate game outcomes.

🔒 8. Account Suspension and Closure

7acb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or support team.
• At the account holder's own request for any reason — players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support via live chat.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 7acb will notify the registered contact before applying any dormancy-related maintenance fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for any reason other than confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations will have their balances forfeited in full.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent closure. 📋 Additional Terms and Miscellaneous Provisions

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7acb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions — even if 7acb has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7acb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
